I do understand that when you put in a bid you are obligating yourself. I found another jersey cheaper , and it was way before this jersey was shipped. But I could not cancel the order . I think there should be away to cancel order in ebay rather than contacting the seller and being at his mercy to cancel the order.

Instead of bashing my feedback number for the next 12 months, you could have submitted this feedback to Ebay. Don't know why you would have left a neutral mark. I can see $9 would bust anyone's budget. A simple message could have prevented this issue. Next time ask.
