The item was new and in excellent condition. However it wasn't the item that I ordered. I promptly contacted the seller and we worked out a compromise. Make sure to contact seller after purchase to verify that the item pictured is what is being sent. The item I ordered was a 14/7 string doubleneck as pictured. The item I received was a 12/6 doubleneck.

Very beautiful craftsmanship! The instrument was slightly different then what was pictured, however I am extremely pleased with what I received. The bridge had to be remounted due to a factory error but was able to fix it at a shop. A+ I would most definitely do business again!

Shipping was fine.
The guitar looks nothing like, the picture. very poor Fret job. the bridge humbucker has a terrible buzz, and very cheap pots. the paint job was very poor. not even a mable cap. Just a very, very thin veneer
I contactet the seller and they gave me a discount. so thats nice.
So basicly. if your looking for a knockoff that needs a lot of work. even to be playable. and you have the time. this is the thing for you.
if not, i would not recommend.
