The ring I have been sent is entirely different to the one that I ordered, it is a different setting, different shape and a totally different colour. The gem/stone is chipped and misshapen. I asked for a refund or exchange but the seller said it was too far to do that and we agreed that they would refund 20% of the cost. I paid well under the asking price for the ring, which was appreciated, and I am very glad that I did. I am happy with our resolution.
