Eyeshadow was in excellent condition. The problem is that it took forever with shipping to arrive which is not necessarily the sellers fault, but upon contacting the seller to ask about my seemingly lost package, they were very unhelpful and told me it was out of their hands and to contact eBay. I paid way too much for shipping for it to arrive so late and the seller could have been more helpful or at least more courteous.

Buyer requested that I locate the package while it was in transit. I advised her to try contacting eBay on what to do if a package is possibly lost in transit. I also indicated that she could contact usps as eBay indicated that she was supposed to have received her package on a specific day. I also mentioned that it was traveling on through facilities and to be patient with USPS. The tracking showed that it was “Arriving Late”. She opened a case of never received item. Her order came next day…
