Item was not as described; something new should be presentable in its packaging with no defects/torn sections etc. Item was intended as gift which I will be embarrassed to give. Communication was there in that I was offered return/replacement but as it would be at my own cost, I’d be at a further loss & I didn’t feel reassured that I wouldn’t receive another in the same condition, therefore would avoid this seller in future.
