This is the fourth item I have received with the tail broken. The package was a pieced together box. It did have lots of wrapping but the box used was not meant to hold up shipping from england. I have been thru this before, eBay will not let me attach a picture, I would have to go thru the hassle of return mailing to overseas. No one will reimburse me with a reduction in price without a picture. Hope you send this to eBay as I know its not completely your fault that I'm upset. Package bett
