Product box was a bit tattered, but contents were fine. The limited edition case lacks the premium feel conveyed in the image, but that's just marketing. I ordered from Australia because I wanted this particular model and it's not available here. Even with expensive int. shipping and a bad exchange rate, the final cost was within local retail price range. Happy I got what I wanted. Any issues regarding delivery, are outside of the sellers responsibility and control so, no comment .

    Great Xbox headset

    This is a really comfortable headset which is perfect for long gaming sessions. The sound quality is good and the retractable microphone is a nice touch. I purchased this headset reconditioned (A- grading) and so far, so good. Usually this headset retails for £180 so it is not cheap but it is probably the best wireless headset for an Xbox one on the market, especially as it connects direct with the Xbox with no dongle required.

    Amazing!

    By far the best headset I’ve used for the xbox. I’ve used a lot of different headsets and never really been satisfied with them, that wasn’t the case with these. The sound of these is immense, the bass, the surround sound, everything about these is absolutely brilliant. Yes the price point is higher than some, however you definitely get what you pay for. I use these for my xbox, pc and I use them on my phone for listening to music. All around brilliant headset.

    Arctis 9x simply the best on xbox one

    I spent alot on these and I'm not disappointed. I use them with my xbox, TV and music on my phone and I'm impressed. Surround sound is awesome on xbox and TV and music ain't half bad on my phone for a gaming headset. Chat audio super clear in game and phone calls. Highly recommend these.
