Advertised as new this item was delivered quickly enough but immediately on unpacking I realised that it was certainly not new. The box was damaged and had obviously been opened many times. The main unit itself was scratched and marked and the cable was in a tangle on top of the unit itself. Upon complaining, the seller offered a 10% discount and because we were leaving two days later and needed the pump, I accepted it. I will not deal with this seller again and certainly cannot recommend them.

This is wrongly described. The size is way off of the actual measurement given in add and also what is on the box. I contacted seller and sent pictures of a tape measure showing sizes that are quite a bit off. I thought maybe it’s been mis boxed but seller says that’s what they are. Seller said I could send it back for a refund and was good to deal with and replied quite quickly. Good seller but definitely not the ridgemonkey as described

Very Poor and a waste of Money!
Having bought Coleman products in the past thought this would be a safe bet, how wrong I was. Only used it twice before the pan supports would not fold flat. The burner head screws down onto the stem pinching the legs into grooves on a plastic collar. The head would not undo and the burner just spun around. Once home on closer inspection the burner head is crimped to a threaded part. The heat had loosened this friction joint, meaning it was never going to undo. The pan supports had also transferred heat to the plastic collar, fusing them in position. To sum it up a very poor product.
