    The order arrived damaged with the cap open even though the item was packed in bubble wrap. The order had leaked everywhere. I assume this was a logistics issue and to do with the transit of the order in the post. I reached out to the seller Gudz UK who agreed to give me a full refund. I can't blame the seller here as they have been so understanding. These things do happen from time to time, and I hope the seller gets this delivery issue resolved with Royal Mail.

    I have given this a positive but this is for the price only. On arrival the packaging was wet inside as the bubble wrap pocket was sticky with leaked shampoo, hence less liquid. The secondary packaging was insufficient to keep the product tight & upright hence the leakage. Please view attached photos. Suggestion, fastening the tops with tape, for transit, might solve the problem of leakage. Recommendation to this seller. A.Smith

    I ordered on the 29/05, they said they sent untracked on 30/05, yet it arrived on the 11/06 by Tracked 48??? I nearly put a claim in, and had no response to my earlier email. It cost me more this time, yet I get a poorer service. They arrived in new condition though! I have bought them many times before without a problem from other sellers. Not that impressed.

    Great product!

    I love this toothbrush!!! It's very well made. Some other reviewers have commented on the bristles. My take on that is that unless a better product comes along, this is by far the best item in comparison to the other plastic brushes in the market. And all the bristles are intact! In my opinion it matters how the brush is used, I don't force it against my teeth or tongue as if I was scrapping the grease from a garage floor! Like everything else, if treated with care it will last.

    eco friendly but not nice to use

    I love the idea of getting rid of plastic - we use far too much of it. When I saw these I thought great - a plastic-free toothbrush that can get recycled when it's past it's best. I used it once. The shape was ok - but just didn't get the job done anywhere near as well as plastic ones. The bristles were too soft for my liking. Sorry, but until these are designed as well as the plastic versions I'll be sticking to plastic.

    Bye Bye Plastic Brush

    Perfectly formed and functional old school toothbrush with the added bonus of being mostly compostable (apart from the bristles). Chop the head off and chuck it when it's worn out. One of a few ways I'm greening up the bathroom step by step. Disposable razors are getting swapped out for a quality British made safety razor next.

    Environmentally Friendly Toothbrush

    The design of this toothbrush could do with improving. I don't find it particularly comfortable in my mouth, but it is a commendable effort and good for the environment. A small sacrifice.
