Finally got around to testing this mic and sadly the front grill is completely broken from the main body of the mic. Seller stated it was loose but it's completely broken free. I'm well past the return date but due to a recent move I was unable to get to opening the box until today. very disappointed in the description and condition of this microphone.

DESCRIPTION: This microphone comes as is. These mics were used for most all of the performances at the first Woodstock. It is a collectable & a classic piece of music history. As I mentioned above, the coil at the top is loose (see picture) & I don't have the 4 pin to XLR cable (very hard to find.) As a result, I honestly don't have a clue if the mic actually works? I have taken this into consideration with the listed price. If it does work .... then it will be worth so much more.
