I was supposed to receive a certificate of authenticity as well for all the signatures, that was not in the package, I never got that. For this amount of money, all I got was a picture with no COA or guarantee of authentic signatures as described / promised in the item description - without that, I would not have purchased it

A certificate of authenticity was not advertised in the sale description and was not asked for prior to the purchase by the buyer. It is guaranteed to pass third-party authentication from Beckett, JSA, ACOA. Buyer only sent message about COA missing (which was not offered) once item was received and then posted negative feedback before a reasonable amount of time for me to respond. Buyer did not ask for refund but would have and still would offer one if buyer wants it with item sent back to me.
