There was a problem of getting the parcel released from Customs, as the papers from the shipping company were not filled in the right way. Seller was very fast to contact the shipping company, but it seemed to be easiest if I paid the VAT once more to get the parcel released. Seller was very kind to offer that he would personally pay me back the VAT, in case I couldn't get it refunded from Ebay. Luckily it has now been refunded by Ebay.
