Absolutely fabulous iron. I saw on a well known website this iron got very good reviews - I’m not surprised. Unlike my previous iron (different brand) - this is extremely quiet & has a good variety of temperature settings. It irons like a dream. I was surprised that although well packaged the iron was sent unlocked to the base. I thought the lock didn’t work but after looking at the instructions & seeing how the removable base (great idea) worked I was able to lock it after I used it.

Seller listed this as new /other the when I got the item it was used refurbished grade B which was not stated since I emailed seller they changed the description to used . I have asked for the honesty and seller only offering full refund and says have changed description to make things clear stay away from this seller save your money buy from honest sellers not this one .as I questioned the item I ordered and the one I received .do not buy from this seller lies a lot.
