••• DIRITTO DI RECESSO •••

Ai sensi della Direttiva Europea 2011/83/CE, l'acquirente ha il diritto di recedere dal contratto entro 14 giorni.

Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui si acquisisce il possesso fisico dei beni.

Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, l'acquirente è tenuto a informare il venditore della sua decisione di recedere dal presente contratto, tramite una dichiarazione esplicita, inviando un e-mail a info@datasud.it o in alternativa, una raccomandata R/R a DATA SUD GROUP S.R.L. - Via Pastore, 12/16 - 84091 Battipaglia (SA).

Per rispettare il termine di recesso, è sufficiente che l'acquirente invii la comunicazione relativa all'esercizio del diritto di recesso prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso.

••• EFFETTI DEL RECESSO •••

Se l'acquirente recede dal presente contratto, gli saranno rimborsati tutti i pagamenti che ha effettuato a nostro favore, compresi eventuali costi di consegna (ad eccezione dei costi che l'acquirente andrà a sostenere per la restituzione del bene), non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno del ricevimento del bene presso la nostra sede. Detti rimborsi saranno effettuati utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento usato dall'acquirente per la transazione iniziale, salvo che l'acquirente non abbia espressamente convenuto altrimenti; in ogni caso, non dovrà sostenere alcun costo quale conseguenza di tale rimborso.

L'acquirente è responsabile solo della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione del bene diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento dei beni.
