Item never arrived and I had a very unpleasant message from seller telling me I was rude and saying it was my fault it hadn’t arrived … I paid in good faith for an item I never received including postage of £3.49 and then get told I am rude … don’t think this seller understands customer service I expected to receive what I paid for and it never arrived !

Item was posted on time to the address given and with proof of postage, however this wasn’t the buyers home address. When the item didn't arrive I was accused of sending to the wrong address. I offered to open a Royal Mail missing parcel complaint when I was able to, but was threatened with negative feedback if I didn't give a full refund straight away. Please see my feedback to see a true reflection of my customer service.

Very rude buyer,in my opinion brought items to resell and realised they'd paid too much. Item was listed as used condition and very low starting price to reflect this, items were not filthy and cannot smell of tobacco as came from a smoke free home. As usual Ebay sides with the buyer despite being honest with my listing. Avoid......
