Neutral only because of good comms and some attempts to resolve issues. Item not as pictured, not in "good working order" - dead CMOS battery, fan blocked causing overheating after a few minutes use, missing disc caddy (was told a replacement had been sent, but only the rubber bumpers arrived), cracked case, letter picked out of Lenovo logo on case, missing screw covers on screen and no charger (non-Lenovo aftermarket charger sent after complaint made). Buyer beware from this vendor.
