The parcel was delivered ahead of schedule. The main box worked fine, but we had a problem with the remote. I messaged Andy with the problem. He replied within 10 minutes, was extremely helpful and reassuring, and we had the problem resolved within 30 minutes. Excellent customer service, much better than most large companies! Top marks!!
