The seller sent the product using a tracking code but it got stuck in a post office in a different town. I mentioned it to the seller and he contacted the post office and answered me immediately. 2 days later when he was sure that he couldn't sort this issue out, he refunded me without asking.
Honestly, it was one of the best customer services I ever got.
