Got the item at half the price via auction than the buy it now. Was okay sending puctures of item but 10 mins after winning the item became faulty. Seller became rude and would not prove item was faulty.

The item went broken falling from the table. I told the buyer whom insisted with over 6 messages. I canceled the auction and sent the refund immediately. I had to change the lcd with a far more expensive one and relisted after 2 months. I am not due probiding anything once I refund the money and he stressed with a lot of messages despite I apologized. Leaving negative feedback just for the sake of doing it is a toxic behaviour and totally unfair. Money has been sent back and the item removed.
