This sad excuse for a human being is by far the worst individual i have ever come across. The item is a Life Jacket, unfortunatley because it has a gas cannister to inflate the post office has sent it to Belfast to be checked over. If the sad excuse had phoned the Isle of Barra post office just a few minutes from his address like i did he would have been told the same, and that it will be delivered shortly
