Dress did not arrive in post although seller posted it, post office service lost it. However seller was fantastic, chasing it up constantly for me and then after over two weeks when hadn’t arrived still, seller fully refunded without any hesitation. Was a shame as was a beautiful dress, but I would try to purchase again from seller as they are clearly a good seller and thus wasn’t their fault. I hope post office refunded them for losing the dress in transit.

Never recieved a tracking number, although I asked twice. I believed it was to be delivered by a courier company, as stated when I paid for the product instead it was delivered by our normal Royal Mail postie - hence there was never any tracking number...and not what I paid for - suggest seller checks and amends in future so buyer knows.
