In the 19 years I’ve been on eBay I’ve never left negative feedback, even when deserved. For the sake of other buyers being aware, however, I regrettably have to speak up. The seller is using a cheap alternative shipping method where in both instances of delivery, despite offering “free” shipping, I was charged over $10 for both packages by USPS. The 3rd package has been refunded by eBay as it’s been over 2 weeks. His prices are great, but the communication and accountability is nonexistent.
