Item is not as listed. Seller has a lot of complaints with similar issues. They provide an invalid return address and then offer a 'partial return' which are both known abuses of the Ebay returns policy. I hope eBay stops allowing sellers to operate like this. Second time in a year this has happened to me. The other seller was Pawmits LTD. I hope buyers avoid these sellers
