As described and very well packed
Delivery was not so good.
Got a time slot 9.30 – 12.30 no text to say they were on their way or nearby, so we could be ready for delivery, to move stuff around and put the dogs away.
When they arrived I couldn’t under stand what they were saying really bad English.
Brought chair in through back gate and scraped the chair along the post (good job it was well packed) put it down in living room and just left, no please/thank you, or let me inspect it for damage.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused by your delivery. We utilise a third-party courier service, they provide a confirmed 3-hour delivery window and will arrive within that timeframe which is standard procedure for most couriers. We take great care to securely pack items to prevent damage, However, it's possible for packaging to get scraped during delivery, particularly in tight spaces. Above and beyond. The sofa is as described. Beautiful and a high quality sofa. Two man delivery to room of choice. Well packaged and protected. Requested help through their eBay company with the electric foot rest and the company called me up promptly to help rectify the situation. Could not ask for a more professional/dedicated service and after sales support. Would definitely purchase from them again without hesitation. A full 5 star rating from me!

sofa as described (ie perfect!) & arrvd well packed & expertly placed by the delivery guys. I wd hve liked bit more info abt how the delivery was going to work but David was always on hand to advise whenever i called. You are asked the day before by the delivery co if their suggested slot is ok. i was told if it isn't then you can refuse until you find a mutually acceptable day/time. fortunately the 1st suggestion was ok with me. on the day, they sent text & the driver called 20 mins b4 arrival.
