      Best thing ever

      It's excellent how i've ever done without one i don't know. Makes rolling out icing etc,and getting the right size needed brilliant and so easy. Also makes life easy when lifting rolled out icing onto the cake. Easy to clean as well. My daughter wants one now so i will be buying her one.

      Silicone mat

      This product was a dream to work with. Firstly the guide on the top sheet tells you how much fondant to use to the weight of cake. Then there is the guide to the size of cake to roll fondant out to. Say good bye to dry over worked fondant. And the bottom sheet allows you to place the covering on the cake with ease. Not need for a second pair of hands. Just used this to cover a 3 tier wedding cake. This made my life a lot less stressful applying the covering. Would def recommend this for professional and novice bakers.
