All products which have been manufactured with a personal message or name will not be under our return and refund policy unless a mistake has been made on our side. If this is to happen a option for a refund or a corrected version will be sent out at Occasions to Remember expense.
 
The buyer has 7 days if they want to cancel a purchase. Unless the item is faulty the buyer agrees to return the item at their expense. If the item is faulty then that falls under our faulty item policy whereby we shall either replace or refund the item at our expense. The faulty Item must be returned back but as per mentioned that will be at our expense.
