Product box was a bit tattered, but contents were fine. The limited edition case lacks the premium feel conveyed in the image, but that's just marketing. I ordered from Australia because I wanted this particular model and it's not available here. Even with expensive int. shipping and a bad exchange rate, the final cost was within local retail price range. Happy I got what I wanted. Any issues regarding delivery, are outside of the sellers responsibility and control so, no comment .

Really impressed with the service from ThePhoneCentreNorthants.
Earphones were advertised as “new” and I was not disappointed upon delivery; they were completely sealed, brand new as expected.
