    I am one person and went away for the weekend, on return to work i replied to your message. All drives are sent out then same and are encrypted (the way i test them). All you have to do is install over the top Apple+r key and turn on. This work unless you have a stolen or locked apple product - its not the drive that's the issue. I have retested your drive and i have managed to reinstall my saved backup without an issue. You got a full refund and i paid for the return.
