Not as described.Listed as “Opened – never used” – enquired about the monitor age prior to bidding as was told “It’s only 1-2years old. Never really been used”. Bid on the item base on what had been told, when it arrived had a manufactured date of May 2019. The seller advised that it had been “gifted by my company so assumed was new”. - they did offer to provide a full refund for the auction price if returned but would not refund the shipping costs or cover the return carriage.
