Horrendous experience with this seller.
They are rude and unprofessional.
Unhelpful when I tried to return an item that was not provided as expected. For all I know this item is a fake. Because it is a Vans backpack - that does not have the usual laptop sleeve in the back. I have since contacted Vans who have advised me that this backpack should have it and not to trust someone selling it without!
This seller argued that I was to foot the bill for returning the item!

These comments are completely untrue and I had to ask ebay to step in due to your harassment and bullying behavior. Funnily enough, you have now closed the return and are now making even more false claims about the product. It's not ok to treat people like this. Take care of yourself..
