Took quite a long time to be sent. Seller had an issue with account. Jacket as described and unworn. Warm and comfortable. Will need re-waterproofing but I had expected that to be the case. Overall very happy with purchase.

With a used item you always expect minor flaws, but from the photos, none were noticeable, nor were any stated in the listing. The hat was sent in a plain white envelope, and was completely squashed upon receipt. Started a return, including photos, and was told the item was in exactly that condition when sent. If so, the huge dents and creases should have been mentioned, as it is not wearable. Ignored requests for a refund; had to get eBay to step in and issue the refund.
