    Delivery terms
     
    We complete our deliveries from our warehouse located in Bournemouth.
     
    Delivery time is provided in the item description. We inform about the delivery date 2 days before.
     
    Sofas dimensions may sometimes differ slightly from those listed in the description (+/- 5cm).
     
    Colours might differ depending on screen settings and lighting.
     
    All furniture purchased at our shop will be delivered to the front door of the building.
     
    Bringing in the furniture to your house is not free and we are not responsible for any damages during bringing.
     
    We do not offer assembly service either for upholstered or flat-packed furniture.
     
    Before you place an order please make sure that furniture will fit into your house. This is especially important in case of large beds and corner sofas (i.e. will width of the staircase and doorframe in your house allow to carry the furniture in).
     
     
    PRODUCT DELIVERY & RECEIVING
     
    Costs do not include the bringing of goods farther that the front door of the building and their installation.
    Bringing furniture further than the front door of the building in is in the interest of the buyer.
    Furniturepartner shop is not responsible for any irregularities committed by the applicant while providing delivery information by which the consignment has not reached the addressee.
    If the customer will not take the delivery three times it is equivalent to the fact that the store may terminate the contract. This is due to the fact that the entire price paid for the product can be accrued on account of costs incurred by the shop.
    Receiving by buyer must be confirmed in writing on the document delivery in the presence of the courier. Authorized signature is treated as a commodity to confirm compliance with the order.
    Each buyer is obliged to verify in the presence of the courier whether the goods have any mechanical damage incurred during transport, and whether there is compliance between goods and contract.
    At the moment of the delivery all risks associated with owning and using goods, particularly the risk of loss or damage passes on to the buyer.
     
     
    COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
     
    1.Receiving the goods the Buyer has a duty to check (in the presence of the courier), if the parcel does not have any damage caused during transportation.
     
    2.In case of any damage incurred during transport the base for consideration of any complaints is an email sent to us with all the details. The email has to contain information about the state of packing of the goods and pictures (please let us know about dents, tears, cracks, bruises). We are not the producer, all the complaints must go through the producer of the furniture. That is why it may take up to 35 working days to deliver the damaged/missing parts or up to 35 working days from the time the damaged upholstered furniture are taken for fixing/replacing.
     
    3. In case of any complaints, the buyer is obliged to provide the protocol of non-compliance. Protocols to be sent on e-mail provided on the Proof of Delivery.
     
    4. Any defects in the delivered furniture, quantity shortages, quantitative deficiencies of mounting accessories spotted at the time of receive of furniture should be reported by e-mail provided on the Proof of Delivery within two days of receiving furniture.
    Complaints are investigated within 14 working days from the time of the report. Damaged parts will be fixed or replaced. If it will not be possible, the seller will refund the price of the item or offer a different item. From the time the complaint is reported maximum delivery time is up to 35 working days.
     
    5.Within 30 days of delivery of ordered product, the buyer has the right to return product without giving the reason, according to the general rules.
     
    6. If the returned furniture meets the requirements of return take, namely, it is sent back in original packaging, with complete contents and the product and the accessories do not have and damages or signs of usage then we will issue a correction, the original and a copy will be sent to the customer by direct post. Customer must return a signed copy of the correction, and after receiving it, within 14 working days to shop will refund money to customers.
     
    7. If you want to use the right of return (above), the product should be returned by courier service or other service at your own expense to the address of our store.
     
    8.Shop is committed to a refund for the product ( excluding the cost of supply and cost of the return).
     
    9.Warranty and other rights provided by law, including the right of withdrawal does not apply when the product is affected by mechanical damage of external origin.
     
    10. Before accepting a shipment always check whether the packaging is not damaged during transport. Particular attention should be paid to the state of packaging and tape stuck on the package.
     
    11. If the package has some damages or when the tape is broken, do not accept delivery and in the courier's presence prepare the protocol of damage and contact the seller as soon as possible to resolve the matter.
     
    12. Checking the package while receiving is necessary necessary condition of any claims for damages or robbery during transportation.
     
    13. A difference in the shade of colour of materials, wood, laminated board, is not a basis for complaining as it depends on screen settings, lighting and other factors.
