The seller sent the product to the incorrect address (despite me putting in my correct address). When I contacted the seller, they denied putting the incorrect address and asked that I speak to Australia Post (who investigated and stated that the address was listed incorrectly). There was no offer of a refund and no offer to resend even though the seller is at fault. All they said was if I was to order again the seller would give me a gift. Ridiculous. Shocking customer service. Never again
