Sent nut with damaged threads - said it was my fault + said if I sent it back he wouldn't refund?! Pathetic

Advert stated 3 nuts and 4 caps, he wanted 4 nuts. From outset asked me to buy him another nut as part of the deal, I declined due to interest in the items. I accepted a lower offer. He then messaged to say, conveniently, one of the nuts was threaded, can I buy him another (the 4th nut). I declined but agreed to issue a return through eBay, by issuing a returns label which means once the items were sent and in the system a refund would be issued. He didn’t send. Just a dishonest buyer, avoid.
