I am so pleased with this vendor as the first vase delivered by Fed-X was broken and an e mail and a call to the vendor sent a replacement right out after I spoke to them and was delivered within 5 days of my call. I can not ask for quicker service anywhere. I was amazed of there service. I was so upset when I received the broken one but was quickly relieved after speaking to them. Pottery is so fragile to ship even with the expert packing and it is actually the first time I received one broke.
