Seller refunded me and gave a goodwill gesture that if it arrives I can keep it. This is good fair business practice. They also offered me a 10% discount if I order from them again. I assume this was a logistics issue and to do with the transit of the order in the post. I reached out to the seller Gudz UK who agreed to give me a full refund. I can't blame the seller here as they have been so understanding. These things do happen from time to time, and I hope the seller gets this delivery issue resolved with Royal Mail.Biona Organic Pomegranate Juice Pure 1L (#174335615462)

On arrival the packaging was wet inside as the bubble wrap pocket was sticky with leaked shampoo, hence less liquid. The secondary packaging was insufficient to keep the product tight & upright hence the leakage. Please view attached photos. Suggestion, fastening the tops with tape, for transit, might solve the problem of leakage. Recommendation to this seller. A.Smith

I nearly put a claim in, and had no response to my earlier email. It cost me more this time, yet I get a poorer service. They arrived in new condition though! I have bought them many times before without a problem from other sellers. Not that impressed.
