Terrible - first seller insisted they deliver the IKEA Hemnes day-bed, then said it was too far and suggested a half-way meet up that was twice the distance away!
Abrupt and random communications do not provide required trust to take transaction further - let alone bring £290 in cash to some wind-swept car-park.

Follow up comment - there are 2 Whittons - I had assumed seller was outside Ipswich, not in SW London, which explains their refusal to deliver, but not their refusal to allow collection. Their description says DELIVERY AVAILABLE, but they insist on delivery. Not good. And their comms were terrible -now they are pestering me to withdraw feedback it seems they can write a full sentence... I cannot recommend.

Bad experience. Seller inexplicably cancelled & refunded purchase just over 3 days after the auction. Looks like they've done it before. NO contact at all or explanation till I messaged to ask why. Was told it was "cash on collection" "And I asked you to message before." I'd paid immediately AND messaged to ask about delivery. Item was listed for free collection in person or free delivery within 7-day timeframe. "Delivery" even mentioned in the header. I could have arranged pickup if contacted.
