The item arrived quickly, well packaged and in good condition. After setup, I encountered an issue with the device's secondary functionality. Once the cause was determined the seller offered a very generous partial refund to cover the cost of the replacement part as well as for the trouble experienced. Overall, really really happy with this seller despite the bad luck with the processor unit and my initial disappointment. Thank you so much for your good communication and understanding.
