Garmin 1450LMT
The gps is easy to use and comes with lot of functions. But the maps are very laggy. It goes out while driving and then comes back after few seconds. Sometimes it recalculated even on the correct road. The unit is not fast enough to handle the maps and that is why it cannot load maps quickly while driving. But overall it is still worth it. Big screen, unlimited maps and traffic.

Large easy to see screen, adding the voice alert makes it safe and so easy to use its become an indespensable road companion. Does not always give the best way to get somewhere, they need to add programing to allow user requested alternate routes. The Traffic alert does not seem to be of much help, other than that I am very happy with the unit. The ease of use, easy to see screen voice alerts and price are all excellent. still in question..
my second garmin as the first lasted a short time bugs turned into problems and the price of the fix wasn't worth it so.. here to get a hopefully new and better version but still don't trust this company for the obvious reason... at first try I found that it was similar to the first one in as there's only guessing how it works if it's your first one. Luckily not mine or i'd be kinda lost. but in time you figure that it's easy enough but will take 1/2 hr to get there. A great product at a great price!
I love this Garmin. I had one that was 4 years old and figured out pretty quickly that it was a real asset. I kept getting messages that the maps needed updating, and when I investigated it, I realized that it was about as cheap to buy another one as it was to update the maps on the old one. ANd tihs one has lifetime map updates included! Don't ever buy one that doesn't give you free updates. Also, I know the Smartphones have built in GPS, and they'll do in a pinch, but they don't compare to the features of having this GPS.I love this Garmin. I can find Disneyland!
A great GPS. Buying used is far cheaper than new. you not only get a good value, you see where the previous owner journeyed for adventure - Disneyland California! While I removed others, I left this one. The unit itself works well - replaces a smaller one stolen from my car.
