Firstly the monitor arrived 3 days early which was great surprise, only fault was that the power cable supplied was not for this monitor so the connection didnt fit into the socket, but as i had a correct one this didnt affect the process of setting it up out of the box. anyway it works great, the picture is clear and krisp and all functions are performing as they should. this was a A grade refurbed item which i have always found to be excellent value and meeting my requirements fully, the only blemish i could find was a small scratch on the back of the monitor stand which is out of sight anyway, so to all intnese and ourposes it is as good as a new monitor in every way, the bigger picture from my previouse 12" screen is amazing.
