Arrived broken but functional. Package could have been better but I’ve seen worse. When I informed seller the item was broken they referred me to FedEx. Honestly it wasn’t broken enough to bother with considering the item price.

Item was shipped promptly and it arrived within 5 days, which was much faster than I expected. I appreciated that it was carefully packed with lots of layers of bubblewrap and thin corrugated cardboard. The pad itself was exactly as described, and functioned as expected when I hooked it up to a Roland module and set the correct pad settings in the module. Overall a great experience buying from this seller - I would definitely purchase from them again.
