Not sure what happened with the shipping. This ended up being an international shipping address which is calculated by eBay and not me. The buyer paid shipping which was the same as someone would pay for domestic shipping. When I tried to print out the shipping label from eBay, the charge was $13.00. The buyer only paid around $4.30 for shipping. all of these shipping costs are calculated by eBay based on address location and weight. I refunded the buyer.
