Der Koffer wurde als in sehrt gutem Zustand beschrieben, wies aber erhebliche Mängel auf, dass der geforderte Preis völlig überhöht war. Außerdem stank der Artikel, was ihn unbenutzbar macht. ( Der Mangel war nicht beschrieben) Eine Rücknahme wurde verweigert, Antworten kamen verzögert, auf ein Einigungsangebot wurde von Seiten des Verkäufers nicht eingegangen.
