As described, honest seller. The fault you was having was down to the battery you bought was bad so if you bought that from a seller id probably let the seller know so others don’t fall for it, it was worse than the original battery the charge wouldn’t reach to 22v fully charged. 22.2v lithium battery should reach 24-25v fully charged.
