Thank you for your kind words, what you fail to mention is that as soon as I became aware of an issue I offered the option of return and full refund for the item or an immediate partial refund which was accepted. as you all can see from the feedback above I offered, along with the partial refund, to send out a hood free of charge along with a free sunshade. obviously the customer wants to have their cake and eat it.......

i totally agree with this buyer that the description says refunds within 30 days of delivery. the item was delivered on 10 January 2024 so the 30 days would be 21 in january plus 9 in february (9th february)
this issue was brought to my attention yesterday (21 February) nearly 3 weeks after the returns expiration. apparantly i am rude and incompetent for ot complying with karens ranting. o well..........
