Genuine GM part received sealed as described. Seller packaged securely and shipped very quickly but it bounced around through Ohio's extensive USPS network for a few days, making the part arrive 4days after estimate. Please understand that this is not seller's fault so be patient and you'll get what you ordered. My 11yr old washer is like new again. Highly recommended and would do business again.
