    Don't forget the bacon

    This is a lovely story to encourage children to remember the shopping list items. It is very amusing how the items get mixed up. Ideal for 3yrs upwards.

    Don't Forget The Bacon, Fun reading for children !

    I read this book to my children at least 25 years ago, and now i hope to read and re-live the fun of this story with my grand daughter. I remember each of us trying to remember an item of shopping in the correct order, getting it wrong and hooting with laughter ! With repeated prose, young children will remember it and learn it very quickly, making them feel they are actually reading, thus boosting their confidence. Its what reading with children should be, GREAT FUN!
