    I had high expectations reading the other comments. They were right. The handles rotate smoothly and are heavy and sturdy. The springs bounce back completely and offer a complete linear resistance curve, you don't feel any strange sticking point like with resistance bands or cheaper expanders. As I negative, I don't think these springs are 10kg, they feel lighter. But with 7 you have a long time of progressive overload. It came really well packed and FAST, 10 days to Spain. Thank you!

    Amazing product, this is a game changer its very different than the cheap expanders. The rotating handles make the contractions much better, this isnt just a cool "toy",its a legit piece of equipment with an excellent resistance curve to really blast your upper back muscles. Seller is excellent, communicative, and honest. highly recommend.

    Seller is a good person and very communicative. UPS made a very late delivery. The product was securely packed. The handles are really well made. Smooth action due to the ball bearings, which if you're pulling heavy loads is important; rotating handles reduce wrist strain. These should last decades. The springs are claimed by other sellers to be 10kg each for a 70kg pull. No way. I can pull 5 springs and I am not that strong! Buy stronger springs! The handles make the product A++. A worthy buy!
