    I had to push for my money refund, as the seller didnt put the correct item in the hand delivered transaction. However, after contacting eBay and taking out a action, the seller 4 days later gave me the full refund. I was a shame the seller didnt continue with communications, that would have saved a lot time and effort. Also charged £4.00 for p&p put didn't send by post, it was hand delivered in a plastic bag
