I bought a nonfunctional PS4 from this selling, which was not clearly outlined in the description. I had to pay $65 to fix the issue and I reached out to seller about this and no response was received. I feel like this was unfair to me! I’m not pleased on how the situation was handled and I would not recommend this seller at all.

This was a working PS4. You originally complained it was stuck in safe mode. I offered a return if it was incapable of operating outside of safe mode. You were not charged to take it out of safe mode. You gave no indication that you were upgrading the fan. You never told me anything about costs before you went ahead and installed it. This was a used PS4 and a used fan.You have every right to fully refurbish it but you paid for a used but functional PS4 and that is what you received.
